Strandum’s market focus is the development and delivery of HR systems to match client needs. Our target customers are typically mid to large size companies i.e. companies employing 500+ employees who require sophisticated HR self-service solutions. We believe that most software vendors concentrate too much on providing the data processing / back-office systems while ignoring the need to provide quality management information and self-service functionality. Because we are 100% privately owned we are in the unique position of being able to invest heavily in R&D. We are constantly investing in re-engineering our product development to use the latest approach to Web application development in addition to adding additional modules to our core HR application.
