According to Ireland’s Citizen Information board, holiday pay is “paid in advance at the normal weekly rate” to your annual leave. If your weekly pay varies (commission or bonuses), your holiday pay “is the average of your pay over the 13 weeks before you take holiday.” Learn more here.
